Welcome to drmanugill.com!

My name is Dr. Mandeep Singh Gill, although I'm commonly known as Manu Gill. Born on April 4, 1993, in the vibrant city of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, I come from a multicultural background. My father, a Punjabi, was born in Malaysia, while my mother, also a Punjabi, hails from India.

From an early age, I harbored a deep fascination for health, science, and the noble pursuit of serving others. After completing my elementary and high school education in Toronto, I embarked on my journey towards a career in medicine. Initially specializing in Human Biology at the University of Toronto, I later made a life-changing decision to pursue premed in the tropical paradise of Aruba at Aureus University School of Medicine. It was here that I spent my premed and first two years of medical studies.

Driven by a thirst for diverse clinical experiences, I relocated to the United States to complete the third and fourth years of my medical education. My journey took me to dynamic cities such as New York, Atlanta, and Chicago, where I undertook clinical internships and rotations. During this time, I successfully completed the American medical boards, including USMLE Steps 1, 2, and 3, as well as the Canadian medical boards, including the MCCQE1 and NAC. In the summer of 2019, I proudly graduated from Aureus University School of Medicine.

As fate would have it, the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic presented me with an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. I dedicated my efforts as a COVID-19 Case Manager, initially for the Ontario Ministry of Health and later for the City of Hamilton Public Health services. Witnessing the profound impact I could make on individuals' lives during this challenging time sparked a newfound sense of purpose within me.

Throughout my medical journey, my heart had always been drawn to family medicine and a fellowship in functional and integrative medicine. However, despite my sincere efforts, I faced setbacks in securing a family medicine residency in both the United States and Canada. It was during this transformative period that I began to discover my gift for public speaking and my unwavering desire to mentor and guide others. This realization propelled me to become a graduate of the esteemed Dale Carnegie Course and undergo Leadership training at HeartCore Business.

Today, I am honored to serve my clients as a lifestyle health coach. My mission is to assist individuals in navigating the challenges that life presents, empowering them to achieve their desired state of health and fulfillment. Whether it's struggles with physical, mental, spiritual, or emotional well-being, I engage with my clients, coaching them through reverse inner engineering and sharing practical tips for optimal regulation. Moreover, I am dedicated to educating and empowering my clients to take charge of their own health, fostering disease prevention, and nurturing their interpersonal and intrapersonal relationships.

It is important to note that while I hold the esteemed title of MD, I am not a practicing physician. I do not provide diagnoses, alter medication regimens, prescribe supplements, perform procedures, or conduct surgeries. My role is that of a coach, empowering you to take responsibility for your life, and guiding you towards the results you are inherently worthy of achieving.

I invite you to embark on a transformative journey with me. Together, we will unlock your true potential, paving the way to a life of health, fulfillment, and self-discovery.

Warm regards,
Dr. Mandeep Singh Gill (Manu Gill)
